For the past 15 years, Rhonda Cain, the principal of Marathon Productions, has been in the real estate market as an investor. She has flipped properties, bought and held investments, developed housing tracts of over 100 units each. She is also experienced in land acquisition and entitlements. She has holdings in commercial real estate, single family and multi-family residential, and raw land.
